On Thursday May 17 2007, Dr. Robert Bollinger was very honored to have The Honorable Dr. APJ  Kalam, President of India, preside at the Telemedicine Education Program linking the Johhns Hopkins Center for Clinical Global Health Education (CCGHE) with clinicians at the IIT Kharagpur in West Bengal.  The IIT Kharagpur hosted this telemedicine case discussion at 9:30AM (IST) with the CCGHE to demonstate the use of IT to support international collaborative clinical educations between India and the US.
