Adult Clinical Case:
52yo AA male presented to ED w/ L neck swelling and chills after falling off a ladder indoors at home two days prior. PMHx: AIDS (CD4=19), IVDA, lymphoma in 1995, perirectal abscess and recurrent leg abscesses.
Diagnosis: MRSA abscess and bacteremia
