Pediatric Clinical Case:
13 yo female with 3 month h/o progressive back pain, becoming constant at mid-lumbar region. Pain radiated to leg to the point of using a walking cane. MRI showed L5 vertebral abscess.
Diagnosis: Vertebral osteomyelitis (MSSA)
