Pediatric Clinical Case:
7 yo with 5 day history of fever, sore throat, rhinorrhea, myalgias, arthralgias, abdominal pain, vomiting, progressing to fatigue, malaise, shortness of breath, mottled extremities. PMHx: otherwise healthy, fully immunized healthy child. PE: ill appearing, hypotensive child with red throat. Labs: negative rapid Strep, negative influenza by nasopharyngeal aspirate.

Diagnosis: Influenza A myocarditis
